🐾 The Paw Spa Cancellation Policy 💛
At The Paw Spa, every appointment is special—for you and your furry friend! As a one-groomer salon, I want to make sure every pet gets the care they deserve.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps me serve all of my wonderful clients.
No-Shows
• Life happens, but if an appointment is missed without notice, it will count as a no-show.
• After 3 no-shows, I won’t be able to schedule future appointments.
Late Arrivals
• Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may require rescheduling your appointment.
Emergencies
• I understand that unexpected things happen—just communicate with me as soon as possible.
